Ducati Corse S.r.l. is part of the motorcycle manufacturer Ducati which is the division that handles the entire automotive activities of the Italian motorcycle manufacturer. Currently led by Ducati Corse Claudio Domenicali division of labor to the Vittoriano Guareschi to MotoGP and the World Superbike duties for the Ernesto Marinelli. Ducati Corse itself headquartered in the city of Bologna, Italy, and employs more than 100 people (10% of which comes from the parent company ie Ducati). In terms of organizational structure, the team is divided into four divisions, namely the Division of Development and Engineering, Division of Sport, Commercial Division, and the Division of Marketing and PR. 

Division of Development and Engineering Ducati Corse

In Development Division, Ducati Corse halve again their subdivision is a special division that handles motorcycle to race in MotoGP and World Superbike. Division of Marketing and Public Relations Ducati Corse
