Honda Jazz Second Generation
The second generation Honda Jazz was introduced October 17, 2007 at the Tokyo Motor Show. This car offers a longer wheelbase, wider, and also increases the overall length.
Available 1.3L i-VTEC engine (maximum power of 98hp (73 kW), torque of 133 N · m / 4,500 rpm) and a 1.5L i-VTEC engine (maximum power of 120 hp, torque of 144 N · m / 4,800 rpm p). Indonesia goes on sale in early 2008 only 1.5L VTEC version only.
Honda began selling the hybrid model of this vehicle which they called Fit Hybrid. Sold in the Japanese market starting in October 2010 this car is only sold at a price of 19,400 dollars (about USD 167 million), making this car is a gasoline-electric cars cheapest in Japan. Fit Hybrid uses a 1.3L engine and electric motor, with a fuel efficiency of about 3.3l per 100 km (1:30).
In Europe, the car is named after the Jazz Hybrid, first appeared in the Paris Motor Show in 2010 and went on sale in early 2011.
