Honda Motor Company Product

Honda's global product line currently consists of Jazz, Civic, Accord, Insight, CR-V, CR-Z, Legend, and 2 versions of the Odyssey, for the American market, and one for the international market. Features and completeness for each Honda vehicle may differ depending on the country and sometimes only in that region alone. Some of these include the Honda Odyssey and Ridgeline in North America. Some other exclusive models are the Honda Civic 5-door hatchback in Europe.

Honda entered the automobile industry after World War II, where fellow Japanese rivals such as Toyota and Nissan have started earlier. So, Honda always do a little difference from its competitors. Durable products, such as the Accord and Civic, always use front-wheel drive, so it became a tradition of Honda. Honda has always put the technology into its products, first as an optional completeness, later became standard. Examples are anti locked brakes, speed sensitive power steering, fuel injection and multi-port early 1980s. Honda also launched the first Japanese luxury brand Acura 1986, aluminum sports car Honda NSX, and technology called VTEC valve settings.

Civic is a compact car developed and manufactured by Honda. In North America, the Civic Japan's oldest car model name of the second, after the Toyota Corolla, introduced in 1968 Civic, along with the Accord and Prelude, is the Honda cars sold in North America until the 1990s, until then car-this car was developed. Through several generations, the greater the size of the Civic and the market is increasing and currently occupies a place in between the Jazz and the Accord. Honda also produces the Honda Civic Hybrid, a hybrid electric vehicle to compete with the Toyota Prius. Another hybrid product that is Insight and CR-Z. 

The first segment of the Honda Ridgeline pickup truck won the Truck of the Year from Motor Trend magazine in 2006 In the same year, the Civic won Car of the Year from the magazine as well.

Five of the ten most efficient cars of 1984-2010 according to United States Environmental Protection Agency is the cars Honda, more than any other car manufacturer. The five models are the Honda Insight 2002-2006 with Template: Convert  LoffAonDorSoffF, 1986-1987 Honda Civic Coupe HF with Template: Convert  LoffAonDorSoffF, 1994-1995 Honda Civic VX hatchback with Template: Convert  LoffAonDorSoffF, 2006- Honda Civic Hybrid with Template: Convert  LoffAonDorSoffF, and from 2010 Honda Insight with Template: Convert  LoffAonDorSoffF.  ACEEE also stated the Civic GX as the greenest car in America for seven consecutive years.
