Antonov An-22 Antei (Russian: Антей Antaeus) (NATO code "Cock") was the heaviest aircraft wings (high wing) in the world, until the emergence of the C-5 Galaxy from the American and An-124 from the Soviet Union. Powered by four turboprop engines each of which is controlled by a pair of propeller rotates counterclockwise, this design is still the world's largest turboprop aircraft.
