Superleague Formula (SLF) is a class of formula racing, the first race of the season starting on August 30, 2008 at Donington Park, England. Premier 1 GP
Before becoming Superleague Formula, the race is named Premier 1 Grand Prix (P1GP). By using artificial Dallara chassis and Judd V12 engine, this race was going to start in the 2002 season, with 12 races hold a current 12 months. But the concept of this football themed race remains stored until finally at the end of 2005, the F1 promoter Bernie Ecclestone decided to re-launch the P1GP race with a new name Superleague Formula.
