The First Generation Subaru Forester (1998-2003)

Subaru Forester SUV boxy and style is actually a station wagon using the Impreza platform with a slightly higher ground clearance. As with other Subaru cars of that era, the Forester comes with frameless door glass (frameless). 

For the Japanese domestic market and export Forester general use normally aspirated and turbo engine capacity of 2000cc EJ20 type. For the Australian market, the Forester is marketed in the GX version, Limited, Special Edition, and GT. Forester GT using the EJ20 2000cc turbo engine the same as that used by the Impreza WRX. As for the Americans, the Forester is equipped 2500cc engine. Its trim levels are Standard, L, and S. The Forester went to Indonesia in very small amounts.
