The New Ford Focus Has An Advanced Parking Technology

At Mobile World Congress, Barcelona, Spain, Ford Motor Company display sophisticated Focus ever, with new innovative technologies are improved. 

Besides featuring a high resolution color touch screen and advanced voice commands for easier access to audio, navigation, climate control and a mobile phone, New Focus is also the first Ford global vehicle parking technology offers straight (Perpendicular Parking) new hands-free. This technology helps the driver to reverse into the parking space next to another vehicle

The current focus help introduce Active Park Assist parallel parking that, by pressing a button, using ultrasonic sensors to look for a parking space and can steer the vehicle while the driver adjust the accelerator and brake. Additional two new sensors on the back of the New Focus allows Perpendicular Parking to operate the same way. 

Additional sensors also allows Ford to offer for the first time in Europe the technologies that help riders as they maneuver while out park. Additional sensors include Cross Traffic Alert and Park-Assist Out.

Cross Traffic Alert warns the driver when backing out of the parking lot where the vehicle will be passing behind them. 

Park-Out Assist helps the driver when exiting a parallel parking space. After riders choose either the left or right, operate the steering system while the driver operate the accelerator and brake
